To kick off the event, Jean Bélanger, President and CEO of Premier Tech, introduced TOMA™. He unpacked its core philosophy: merging robustness, reliability and performance, with agility and autonomy. Bélanger also introduced the term friendustrial™, a signature term representing a fusion of user-friendliness with the industrial robustness that Premier Tech is known for.
Simon Roy, President and Chief Operating Officer of Premier Tech Systems and Automation, then went on to emphasize Premier Tech’s dedication to making a proactive difference. Roy highlighted that TOMA™ robots provide a unique, cohesive experience, making everything from purchasing to programming incredibly user-friendly as part of the friendustrial™ experience.
Valérie Lavoie, Managing Director of Intuitive Solutions, then took the stage to present the first Premier Tech TOMA™ product: the TOMA™ palletizer. In a compelling live demonstration, she showcased how the TOMA™ cobot palletizer was meticulously crafted with the end-user in mind. "We wanted to make it easy for anyone to get started with palletizing," Lavoie said, stressing that with minimal training, anyone can operate TOMA™ products.
